Travelers note
Costa Rica requires all travellers to hold a valid passport with an expiration date of no less than 6 months. A birth certificate alone is no longer accepted. This rule also applies to children under 18 travelling with both parents.
Reservations
- For individual or group reservations made more than 90 days in advance, a total deposit covering the first night is required upon reservation, 50% deposit on the total is due 30 days before arrival and the balance is payable upon arrival.
- For reservations made 31 days in advance, a 50% deposit on the total is required upon reserving, and the balance is due upon arrival.
Deposit refund policies
- A total refund is granted on cancellations made 45 days in advance.
- 50% of the deposit will be refunded on cancellations made within 30 days of arrival date.
- No refund will be given for cancellation made less than 21 days in advance.
